All orders are PREPAID through Google Checkout.
Credit cards are processed through their secured services.
We will accept MONEY ORDERS with APPROVAL PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
We cannot ship until payment is posted to our account.
NON PAYMENT OF ORDERS.
Orders placed without follow up payments will be deleted after 2 notice sent.
MUST PROVIDE documentation for sale of restricted colors or color combinations.
Please state the NAME of your agency & your position in the payment message area, or in a simple follow up email. We will not necessarily contact them, but will retain this for records in case there are any issues.
Special ordered items or custom colors, or custom color layouts cannot be cancelled, or returned. These can take up to a month or longer sometimes. You will be advised immediately if it is a custom order and must understand that we cannot guarantee a precise timeline until it ships.
The warranty is from the manufacture, we will do our best to facilitate that interaction. WE ARE NOT THE MANUFACTURE.
90 days on all products for manufacture defects, some have longer and are specified within the item description.
All Light bars have 1 year on all LED bulbs and flasher circuits.
We cannot offer warranty claim if the unit has been altered in any way.
Does Not include cutting off a cigarette plug for direct wire. This will NOT void the warranty
No warranty if the unit has been shorted out due to user error, or bad installation.
DO not take the units apart. NO WARRANTY if they have been disassembled or modified.
If seals on the units are broken please do not try to return them to us.
If you cross the wires and connect positive to negative it will FRY THE UNIT, The warranty is voided. These units NEED inline fuses to protect against shorts.
*This is also to ensure that units are not damaged during install (also which is NOT COVERED under warranty). RED is Positive and Black is NEGATIVE.
These units DO NOT HAVE inline fuses, you are expected to wire them into your installed circuit or many switchboxes which already have fused lines, check you manual from your switch box or consult a professional. Make SURE you have an inline fuse. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.
We Do NOT accept returns with the exception of warranty issues.
All Sales are final.
If there is a failure within the warranty time, that is valid warranty, contact us for a Return Good Authorization # and send it back. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR. We will not refund money, nor replace units if they have been disassembled.
If an item is returned without RGA # there is a 25% handling / stock fee and all freight expense will be passed on.
Occasionally the web site offers free freight, this is for continental USA ship to locations only.
On all stocked orders, we ship Ground with 48 BUSINESS hours of payment posting. (weekends do not count). Google, PayPal, UPS, DHL, FED-EX and USPS send automated shipment notifications from their systems.
ALL UNITS are tested to before shipment to ensure 100% operation.
We will NOT ship a DOA unit. If you receive something that is not working, contact us immediately so a shipping insurance claim can me made for damage. Must be notified within 48 hours and must keep all original shipping materials for inspection.
Any defective claims made after this 48 hours will be considered a warranty issue.
DO NOT ACCEPT a package or make the driver add a note that there was damage to outside of shipping box.
The Web store automatically sends order confirmation to the email address that you entered.
Please check you spam filter in case our reply emails do not go through.
We will send back a email reply to confirm color selection and inventory status within 12 hours. (Or you will get shipment notice that order has gone)
